What happens on my first clean?
We will contact you the evening before we are due to attend your property, once the clean has been completed we post a slip with all of the payment information on. If there are any issues, please let us know within 48 hours and we will arrange a time to come back free of charge.
What payment methods we accept?
Cash, bank transfer or go cardless which is a direct debit system you sign up too and it allows us to automatically take the payments once the clean is complete, this means you don't have to remember to pay the bill.
How we clean your windows?

How often should I have my windows cleaned?
We offer regular window cleaning once every 4 or 8 weeks. However, frequency will depend on your property’s location, environment, and preferences. Regular cleaning enhances window appearance and extends their longevity. Other frequencies offered upon request.
Do I need to be at home for the window cleaning?
No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. We send all customers a reminder text the night before. Our team is trained to work efficiently and independently, respecting your privacy and minimising disruptions. Trust us to handle your windows with care in your absence.
